LOAN ADMINISTRATOR, GONZALES

Location: Gonzales, Texas

Summary: Community bank seeking an experienced Loan Adminstrator to support and assist in administering new loan requests and service the existing loan portfolios  Prior loan processing preferred. Position located in Gonzales, Texas.

Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Processes and creates incoming loan cards and files
  • Process payoffs
  • Review loans to ensure that acceptable credit standards are maintained and that loans follow bank policy
  • Gather loan documentation that is needed for Loan Officers and their files
  • Performs reviews of commercial, consumer, and mortgage loan files to determine proper documentation
  • Use credit and financial information to determine continuing creditworthiness of the customer
  • Prepare spreadsheets for Loan Committee
  • Maintain LTV Report at the end of each quarter
  • Professional demeanor and good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be someone who is a self-starter/self-sufficient
  • Answer telephones and handle emails
  • Responsible, energetic, driven, willing to learn, quick learner and has a positive attitude
  • Must be detail oriented with good proofreading skills
  • Ability to interact with loan officers in a professional manner
  • Keep a high level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience with the following is preferred or required:

  • Previous banking experience preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of commercial real estate lending.
  • Preparation and familiarity with commercial loan documents.
  • Searching for documents via Texas Secretary of State (SOS) Office.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe and Laser Pro.
  • Searching online corporate entity formation, public record filings, and online public information.

LOAN ASSISTANT, NORTH AUSTIN

Location: North Austin, Texas

Summary: Community bank seeking an experienced Loan Assistant to support and assist Branch President in servicing of the existing loan portfolio and with new loan requests. Prior loan processing or title company experience required. Position located in north Austin, Texas (north Austin/Cedar Park area).

Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintain borrower credit files by collection of financial statements
  • Assist with loan closings, draw requests, payments, deposits, wire transfers and check requests
  • Coordinate commercial real estate loan closings with borrower, title company and bank attorney
  • Ability to follow through and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Must be detail oriented with good proofreading skills
  • Write, edit and create letters and other documents
  • Ability to manage deadlines and stay organized with high volume of closings and transactions
  • Proficient time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Professional demeanor and good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be someone who is a self-starter/self-sufficient
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties (opening/maintaining/closing files, photocopying, printing, scanning, faxing, certified mailings)
  • Light or occasional bank teller duties including banking transactions and loan payments
  • Answer telephones and handle emails
  • Responsible, energetic, driven, willing to learn, quick learner and has a positive attitude
  • Ability to deal and interact well with clients
  • Keep a high level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Experience with the following is preferred or required:

  • Minimum 3 years in commercial lending experience, specifically in commercial loans, commercial real estate and residential and commercial construction OR minimum 3 years’ experience at a Title Company OR Minimum 3 years as a legal secretary REQUIRED.
  • Broad knowledge of commercial real estate lending.
  • Preparation and familiarity with commercial loan documents.
  • Searching for documents via Texas Secretary of State (SOS) Office.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe and Laser Pro.
  • Searching online corporate entity formation, public record filings, and online public information.

TELLER, NORTH AUSTIN

Location: North Austin, Texas

Summary: Community bank seeking an experienced Teller to support deposit operations and assist customer with service needs and account maintenance. Prior teller experience required. Position located in north Austin, Texas (north Austin/Cedar Park area).

Essential Responsibilities

 

  • Potential applicant must provide customers with proficient and accurate transaction processing.
  • Must be strong in math.
  • Responsible for performing routine branch and customer service duties. Accepts retail and commercial checking and savings deposits.
  • Process loan payments, cash checks, savings withdrawals and cash orders.
  • Promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
  • Assist in Branch operations which includes light cleaning.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Experience with the following is preferred or required:

  • Minimum 1 year banking or teller experience REQUIRED.
  • Broad knowledge of banking regulations.
  • Preparation and familiarity with commercial loan documents.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe and Integrated Teller.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
  • Proficient in 10 key calculator a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Keep a high level of confidentiality.
