What to Expect During the Upgrade

During the conversion period, there will be a short window where some services are unavailable. Here’s what you need to know:
Online Banking, Cash Management, & Mobile App: Unavailable during the upgrade.
Branches: Branches will be open during normal operating hours.
Customer Support: Only urgent emails will be monitored.
ATMs: Available with temporary daily limits ($500 withdrawal / $5,000 deposit).
Point-of-Sale Transactions: No changes—your debit card will still work.
Bill Pay: Scheduled bill payments will process normally.
Transfers: Scheduled and recurring transfers will process normally.
Loan Payments: Use our Online Loan Payment Tool.
Late Fees: Waived if a payment can’t be made during the upgrade.

What You’ll Need to Do After the Upgrade

Once the upgrade is complete, here are the quick steps to get started with your new digital banking experience:
Re-enroll in Online Banking
○ Use your existing username.
○ Set a new password.

Download the NEW Sage Capital Bank Mobile App
○ Our current app will be removed from app stores.
○ Download the new app once the conversion concludes.
○ Log in with your updated credentials and enjoy your upgraded experience!

Bank Information
Why is Sage Capital Bank upgrading its technology system?
We’re upgrading to provide you with a better, more secure, and more convenient digital banking experience. The new system will make managing your money easier with modern tools and enhanced features.
How long will the upgrade last?
The upgrade will occur over a weekend.
Will the branch offices have normal hours?
During the upgrade, our branches will be open during normal weekend hours.

Online Banking/Mobile Banking
Will I be able to check my account balance?
Not during the upgrade window. Online Banking and the Mobile App will be unavailable until the new system is live.
Will my Mobile/Online Banking login change?
Your username will stay the same. However, you will need to re-enroll in Online Banking and set a new password after the upgrade is complete. 

Will my scheduled transfers take place when Mobile/Online Banking is unavailable?
Yes. Scheduled transfers and Bill Pay transactions will process as usual, even while Online Banking and the Mobile App are unavailable.
Will I lose my account history through Mobile/Online Banking?
No. Your account history and Bill Pay payees will carry over to the new system. You will still be able to access past transactions.
Will I need to change my Mobile App?
Yes. The current app will be removed from app stores. Once the upgrade is complete, you will need to download the NEW Sage Capital Bank Mobile App. We will provide you with the link to download.
Will I need to make changes to my Apple Pay or Google Pay?
No. Apple Pay and Google Pay will continue to work as usual.

ATM & Debit Cards
Will I be able to use ATMs?
Yes. ATMs will remain available during the upgrade, with temporary daily limits of $500 for cash withdrawals and $5,000 for deposits.
Will I be able to use my debit card?
Yes. Point-of-sale (P.O.S.) debit card purchases will continue to work as usual.
Who do I contact if I lose my debit card or need to report it stolen?
You can still call our 24-hour debit card support line during the upgrade window at (800) 552-3642.

Bill Pay
Will I be able to access Bill Pay online?
Yes. Scheduled Bill Pay transactions will process normally during the upgrade. Once the new system is live, you’ll log in again to manage future payments.
What happens to my bill payees?
They’ll transfer automatically. You won’t need to re-enter them.

Statements
Will there be a delay in receiving my statements?
No. Statements will be issued on schedule.
Will I still have access to my old statements?
Yes. Previous statements will remain available in the new system.

General
Will I be able to deposit a check using Mobile Deposit or Business Remote Deposit?
Not during the upgrade. These services will be unavailable until the new Mobile App and Online Banking system are live.
How can I pay my loan during the upgrade?

Will late fees be waived if I can’t pay during the upgrade?
Yes, we’re waiving any late fees during the conversion period.
